To fish, you must be titular of a chart of fishing (will know it, you become thus member of an Association, Loi 1901 with all that the aforementioned Law authorizes you) and of a Contribution Fishes and Aquatic environment (C.P.M.A.).
The fisherman will be able to practise all lawful fishings with 4 canes on the public domain of the VALLEY of OISE (the SEINE and OISE) and 1 cane on the NATIONAL public domain.

Reserves: there exists a certain number of reserves in the department: fishing is prohibited 50 m on both sides of the Pontoise and Parmain, Boran dams. Fishing is also prohibited in the locks and their derivations like in picker and the rejection arms of the power station of Champagne-on-Oise like a few meters on Oise.
